Based out of Seattle, Washington, PerfectMatch was founded in August of 2003 by Duane Dahl, Jason McVey ad Cindy Henry-Dahl. Prior to joining PerfectMatch, McVey managed the Kiss.com and uDate websites which were later sold to Match.com. PerfectMatch utilizes the unique Duet Total Compatibility System which was designed by Dr. Pepper Schwartz. The site has also partnered with a number of well-known organizations, including the Oxygen Network, MSNBC, iVillage, Universal Studios and Warner Brothers.
